FACE PAINTS AUSTRALIA - Brush Combo - Emu

Several colors in a single brushstroke, for lines that shift shades as if by magic: meet the Face Paints Australia Brush Combos 🌈

Founded in 2005 in Melbourne, the Australian brand FPA is loved by many international artists such as Dutch BIHARY, Jenny SAUNDERS, Kristin OLSSON, Lynne JAMIESON, Nick WOLFE, Sally-Ann LYNCH and Sarah ASKER.

These splitcakes bring together narrow stripes of coordinating colors, made with a paraffin base. Load your brush in one go and let the colors unfold on the skin: petals, leaves, waves, flames or swirls gain depth in a single stroke.

  • 🌈 28 g splitcake, about 1" wide (approx. 2.5 cm), ideal for brush work
  • 🖌️ The width of your flat or angle brush depends on how many colors you want to pick up: a 1" to grab them all, narrower to take only some of them, like a 3/4" or a 1/2". Time for a little fractions refresher 😉
  • 🌱 Vegan: no animal-derived ingredients, not tested on animals

How to use it?

  • 💦 Lightly dampen your paint and your brush
  • 🎨 Activate the color by rubbing until you get a creamy texture
  • 🖌️ Apply to the skin with a smooth stroke
  • ✨ After use, spritz a little water on your paint and smooth it with a clean sponge, following the color stripes, to give it a neat finish
  • ☀️ Let it air dry overnight before closing it, then store it away from heat and sunlight

How to remove it?

  • 🧴 First massage the makeup with a cleansing balm or an oil, such as coconut or olive oil (otherwise, a mild liquid soap)
  • 🧽 Once the makeup has dissolved, wipe it off with a cotton pad or a microfiber cloth and cold or lukewarm water
  • 🔁 If any traces remain, massage again with oil, then rinse
  • 💡 Every skin is different: on some, certain pigments may need an extra pass
