Parcel tracking
If you haven't received an e-mail from the carrier (be sure to check your spam folder too), you can still find the tracking link for your parcel!
- Log on to Grimages.com.
- Go to "My account".
- See your last order? Click on the truck icon and you'll be taken to the tracking page.

The store
Opening hours
The store is open without appointment
- Monday: 1:30 pm to 6 pm
- Friday: 09:30 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:00
The store is open by appointment on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The store is located in Namur, Belgium, avenue de Marlagne 14.
Accessible by car, bus (line 5) or on foot (25 minutes from Namur station), it is located opposite the hospital CHU UCL Namur (Clinique et Maternité Sainte-Elisabeth).
Order
Invoice
At checkout, you’ll be asked whether you’d like to receive an invoice or just a summary of your purchases.
If you selected the invoice, it will be sent to you by email within 7 business days after your order has been received.
You’ll also be able to find it later, to download and print, through the "Orders" tab in your Grimages.com account.
Product returns
If you find that a product you have ordered is unfortunately not to your liking, you can always return it to me, at your expense, or drop it off at our store. Please contact me beforehand to let me know what you want to do.
The return address is as follows:
RENARD Stéphanie - avenue de Marlagne 24 - 5000 NAMUR.
The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging.
I will then create a voucher for the equivalent value of the product, which will be deducted from your next purchases.

Forgotten product(s)
Did you just place an order and realize you forgot one or more products? I’ve got the solution!
You can place a new order and select the "pickup at the store" delivery option to avoid paying shipping fees again.
Then, send me an email with the details and I’ll make sure to combine both orders into one shipment.
Cancel an order
Want to cancel the order you just placed? No problem — just send me an email at
Cart storage duration
Your cart is saved for 30 days. After that period, it’s automatically deleted to avoid overloading the database.
To keep your selections longer, I recommend creating wish lists instead. You can name them (Christmas, Birthday, etc.), turn them into a cart later, and even share them with your friends and family so they can surprise you with the perfect gift!
Technical problem

If you can't connect to your account, there are several possible explanations.
- You haven't clicked on the validation link you received by e-mail (check your spam folder).
- You're using the wrong e-mail address or you've spelled it wrong.
- You're using the wrong password.
Try to remedy these 3 points, and if you're still stuck, get in touch!
Product advice
Starter kit
To get you started, I've created 3 complete kits for 3 different budgets and needs. You'll find them via this link.
- STARTER kit: for beginners and occasional make-up artists.
- PRO kit: for people who want to get into the make-up business more professionally.
- PRO XL kit: for groups (schools, associations, etc.) wishing to equip themselves to make-up a large number of people.
Choosing your brand
To choose the right brand, start by identifying your needs.
If you're looking for dense, crisp, opaque brush strokes, choose a paraffin-based brand like DiamondFX or Face Paints Australia. However, you should avoid spreading paraffin-based colors all over the face, as they may cause skin tautness or even cracking.
If you'd like to spread color over a wider area of the face, create gradations or flatten, turn to a glycerin-based brand like Superstar or Mehron.
To create a white face for a clown or skeleton, for example, I recommend glycerine-based colors or other products such as Clown White (greasy) or Starblend (powder) by Mehron.
If you can't make up your mind, the gum arabic-based colors from Fusion are a good compromise!
Either way, don't hesitate to read the product descriptions on the site, as you'll find plenty of advice!
